Adri’s Gingerbread is an award-winning family business located on The Central Coast of NSW manufacturing European Style Gingerbreads that are lovingly hand crafted and hand iced with royal icing.
Adriana (Adri) started the business on the kitchen table, taking some Gingerbreads to the school markets, she soon approached a few local cafes and before she knew it, word spread and Adri was being asked to make Gingerbreads for Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas events and an ever growing number of coffee shops. Chris tossed in his corporate job and 3hr daily commute to try his hand at baking, and now Adri’s Gingerbread can be found in coffee shops, grocers and department stores Australia wide.
With Zoe at the helm, made in little amounts and often, like food used to be, her recipes are family tried and tested and ingredients are premium so, as the packet is opened, aromas whet your appetite. Crooked Creek directly delivers their freshly baked biscuits straight to the shops, no wholesalers or warehousing, so no unnecessary shipping or trucking and that’s less pollution too.
The goodies are simply packaged, sealing in their goodness – it’s always the contents that counts. They speak for themselves and their neat packaging minimises Crooked Creek’s ecological footprint.
Maf and Brad spent years sourcing and blending their teas with a focus on quality, transparency and sustainability. Therefore, all of their specialty teas, tea blends and tisanes/herbal infusions, undergo a meticulous and comprehensive cupping and tasting process, in order to make the final cut. They do this, not only to ensure their products are kept to a high-standard, but also to evaluate and determine flavour characteristics, and/or changes in them.
Ducks Nuts Co is a fresh new grassroots brand with a simple range of body care products for Dukes and Dames who love nostalgic remedies that are Aussie made and owned.
Ducks Nuts Co was inspired by tradie and co-founder ‘Muzz’ who had a practical need to relieve sore muscles and clean up after a big day on the job site. It was a simple Aussie statement, "That bath was the Ducks Nuts!" after a long soak in their signature blend HOLY CRAP I’M SORE that sparked the creation of home-made magnesium soak and scrub range that quickly gained fans online and with their growing stockist’s list.
GI Gourmet Nuts are an Australian family-owned business with over 15 years of experience producing high quality products.
GI Gourmet take pride in being an Australian brand and creating quality products using premium nuts which are carefully slow roasted to bring out their delicate bouquet of flavours. They offer a variety of World-inspired sensational flavours which are roasted weekly.
The quality of the raw materials is one of the cornerstones of their business. The colour, fragrance and vibrancy of the varied herbs and spices are inseparable from the fact they're being grown and processed organically.
Gourmet Organic Herbs grew from a market business into one that now supplies health food/grocers/independent supermarket stores in all states of Australia. The range of products has also grown from just herbs and spices to incorporate salad dressings, mustards and vinegars. Providing high quality organic raw materials for food manufacturers in bulk has also become another aspect of the business.
Grandma Bee started with a table selling honey in the Gosford Markets after her friend who owns the market begged her to come. She took a couple of her homemade chutneys as a gift to him…and as they say, the rest is history!
Her lifelong hobby turned into a business which is so enjoyable for everyone.
A major influence was her maternal grandma who taught her so much about cooking, making a use for everything and being inventive. In the words of Grandma Bee, "I as a very small child crawling around under an apple tree in my Nanna’s backyard collecting all the windfalls. We took them inside in a big basket & she showed me how to create the most beautiful clear red apple jelly. She taught me all the methods to make all kinds of preserves. I am still making the apple jelly!"

Mia is a watercolour artist from the Central Coast with a showroom in Ettalong. She takes inspiration from the coastline, and its marine life. She has adapted her style and techniques to create whimsical oceanic scenes with three-dimensional detail. Enamoured by all sea life and its fragile beauty, she paints from her travels, deriving passion from experience.
Studio Ark Media is a video production firm based in the Central Coast, Australia. Specialising in creating dynamic, cost-effective videos that tell captivating stories.
Telopea's soaps are kind to your skin and smell great. Handcrafted soap made naturally with certified organic ingredients. Sue only uses sustainably produced ingredients, mostly grown in Australia with a low mileage footprint.
